Job Description
Role Description: Office Operations & Marketing Executive
Department: Operations + Marketing
Location: Office-based
Reporting To:
Role Objective
To manage day-to-day office operations, digital presence, and backend coordination, ensuring smooth business functioning and consistent brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations:
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and client follow-ups
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
- Maintain inventory records (chemicals, spares, equipment)
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics
- Maintain records of ongoing and completed projects
Marketing & Content:
- Design posters, brochures, and basic creatives (Canva or similar tools)
- Edit short videos for social media (Reels, project clips, before/after)
- Manage and post regularly on social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Respond to social media inquiries and generate leads
- Maintain WhatsApp broadcast lists and marketing campaigns
Sales Support:
- Assist in lead tracking and CRM updates
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings
- Support proposal preparation with basic technical inputs
Key Deliverables (KPIs)
- Timely and accurate invoice & quotation generation
- Consistent social media posting (minimum defined frequency)
- Lead response time and conversion support
- Organized inventory and documentation system
- Improved online engagement and brand presence
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation
- Canva / basic design tools
- Video editing (mobile apps or basic software)
- Social media handling and communication
- Good verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate (BBA, BCom, Marketing, or similar)
- freshers with skills can be considered
