Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the "tip of the spear," responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating first contact with key decision-makers, and building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is a master of persuasion who thrives on the challenge of turning a "no" into a "not yet" and eventually into a "yes."


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, industry databases, and cold outreach.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling campaigns to book discovery meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for the company, effectively communicating our value proposition to C-suite and VP-level executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new niches and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive (AE) team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "hook" a prospect in the first 30 seconds.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude—you view rejection as data, not a defeat.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, or ZoomInfo).
  • Self-Starter: The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
