Job Description

Job Title: Chemistry Lecturer

Location: Falcon Group Of Institutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Chemistry Lecturer who can effectively teach undergraduate students while also preparing them for competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and familiarity with exam-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry).
  • Prepare students for competitive exams such as NEET, JEE, or other entrance tests.
  • Develop lesson plans, study materials, and question banks aligned with academic and competitive standards.
  • Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
  • Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.
  • Participate in departmental activities, meetings, and academic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry (NET/SET preferred).
  • Prior teaching experience in college or coaching institutes is an advantage.
  • Strong command over competitive exam syllabus (NEET/JEE level).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling competitive batches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.
