Job Description

  • Borrower Outreach: Contacting borrowers through phone calls or message to collect unpaid loans.
  • Negotiation & Collection: Negotiating payment terms to resolve high-risk or delinquent accounts.
  • Target Achievement: Ensuring monthly and daily recovery targets are met to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining updated records of collection activities, customer interactions, and field reports using apps or software.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all activities follow regulatory guidelines (RBI) to avoid legal disputes
