Job Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end vehicle delivery processes from booking confirmation to customer handover.
  • Schedule and manage vehicle deliveries as per customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales consultants, finance teams, insurance teams, and service departments.
  • Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery, including documentation, accessories, cleaning, and final checks.
  • Conduct vehicle handover to customers and explain basic vehicle features and controls.
  • Maintain delivery records, customer details, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all required documents are completed before vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer queries related to delivery timelines and procedures.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain a premium delivery experience.
