Job Description
Job Summary:
The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing Educational loan customers, managing field-level activities, and supporting the loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding educational loan products.
Handle loan documentation, verification, and application processing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Conduct field visits to colleges, institutions, or customer locations as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and loan procedures.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of financial products
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
