Job Description
- Conduct final inspection of vehicles post-service or repair before delivery.
- Ensure all repair jobs meet Mahindra standards and customer satisfaction criteria.
- Check paint finish, body alignment, and overall vehicle cleanliness.
- Verify that all service work and job cards are completed as per process.
- Coordinate with floor supervisors, painters, and technicians to rectify any issues.
- Maintain inspection records and submit daily FQC reports to the Quality Head/Manager.
- Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
