Helper / Production Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to assist in daily production and warehouse activities. The candidate will support machine operators, handle materials, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth manufacturing operations while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators during production.

Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and tools.

Move materials within the production area using appropriate equipment.

Clean machines, workstations, and production areas.

Pack, label, and stack finished products.

Perform sorting, counting, and basic inspection of materials.

Assist in machine setup and changeover activities as directed.

Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Support inventory and warehouse activities when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent (preferred).

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Ability to lift and move materials safely.

Good physical fitness and stamina.

Working Conditions

Rotational shifts, if required.
