Role OverviewCredaegis is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused inside Sales executive to handle and convert leads generated by the Business Development team. The role primarily involves interacting with existing leads, understanding customer requirements, guiding them through the process, and ensuring successful conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage leads generated by the Business Development team
• Connect with interested customers and explain financial products/services
• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication until closure
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding and documentation process
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Handling, or Finance-related roles
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
