Job Description
CIEL HR Services is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join its recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, with a strong background in bulk hiring for Sales and Sales-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for Sales and Sales industry roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification : Any Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Non-IT recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in bulk hiring for Sales and Sales industry roles.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates currently based outside Mysuru are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Mysuru.
