Responsibilities:



  • Handle office day-to-day activities
  • Maintain records and documents properly
  • Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Coordinate with clients and delivery staff
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and reports
  • Manage WhatsApp and email communication
  • Data entry and basic computer work
  • Maintain office cleanliness and discipline
