Job SummaryProvide counseling and guidance to couples undergoing fertility treatment, ensuring excellent patient care and coordination throughout the treatment journey.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel patients on IVF, IUI, and fertility treatments.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with patients and doctors.
- Address patient queries and provide emotional support.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Achieve counseling and treatment conversion targets.
- EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Life Sciences/Psychology preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or patient counseling (IVF experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- SkillsExcellent communication and counseling skills.
- Empathetic and patient-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
