Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and achieving daily production targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products safely.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
- Keep the work area clean and organized (5S practices).
- Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes.
- Ability to operate production machinery.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
