Property Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service apartments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, excellent guest experience, and efficient management of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of service apartments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest relations

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff

• Manage bookings across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

• Monitor occupancy levels and optimize revenue

• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Maintain inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards

• Prepare daily and monthly reports on operations and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management / hospitality / service apartments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with online booking platforms (Airbnb, booking.com, makemytrip etc.)

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and property management systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Leadership and team management skills
