Job Description
Sales & Outreach
- Visit 4–5 schools per day in and around the city
- Conduct live app demos on phone to principals and transport managers
- Handle objections and close contracts on the spot where possible
- Collect signed service agreements from interested schools
Pipeline Management
- Update the prospect spreadsheet after every call and visit — outcome, next follow-up date, notes
- Flag schools that already have a GPS provider so they are not re-approached
- Track all leads from first contact to signed contract
Customer Onboarding Support
- Coordinate GPS device installation at newly signed schools with the technical team
- Be present at the school during installation where required
- Ensure the principal and transport manager are trained on the admin dashboard before leaving
Reporting
- Send a daily WhatsApp report to the founder every evening covering — schools visited, calls made, demos given, contracts signed, payments collected, issues flagged
- Weekly pipeline summary every Friday
