SRI RAM Distributors is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

Position: Accounts & Office Operations Executive

Location: Mysore

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com 

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Ledger entry and accounting

• GST filing and compliance

• Preparation of quotations and invoices

• Financial reporting and documentation

• Customer relationship management

• Handling customer enquiries and follow-ups

• Coordination and monitoring of sales and marketing personnel

• Vendor coordination and purchase follow-up

• Payment tracking and collection follow-up

• Maintenance of records, reports, and office documentation

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
