Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Delivery Partner Onboarding

Location: MYSORE / MYSURU.

Experience: 0–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecalling Executive to onboard delivery partners for leading logistics and food delivery platforms. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective delivery executives, explaining job opportunities, screening candidates, collecting documents, and ensuring successful onboarding.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential delivery partners from provided databases/leads.
  • Explain job roles, earnings, incentives, and joining procedures.
  • Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
  • Assist candidates in completing registration and document submission.
  • Follow up regularly with interested candidates until onboarding is completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate status, and onboarding progress in CRM/ATS.
  • Resolve candidate queries regarding joining, payouts, incentives, and work schedules.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
  • Experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer support, or sales is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
