Role Summary:
The Telesales Executive will interact with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote agricultural drones, handle customer queries, and maintain strong customer relationships effectively.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Promote agricultural drones over calls
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support
- Maintain and update customer database records
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Skills Required
- Effective communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Patience and empathy while handling customers
Knowledge Required
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel knowledge
Language Requirement
- Fluency in Kannada and Hindi
Qualification
- Graduate or PUC
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling
