Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The candidate should provide excellent customer service, take food orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- ResponsibilitiesWelcome and seat customers politely.
- Present menu and explain dishes when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Assist in billing and payment collection.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- RequirementsPrior experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
