Job Purpose
Plan and implement strategies to develop distribution infrastructure through the team assigned to increase market share through achieving gross additions targets and infra targets and increase market share through involvement and investment from channel partners.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Gross acquisition for growth with Infrastructure as per norms and Investment and Involvement of channel partners ensuring channel profitability and DSE earnings.
Responsible to drive the distribution KPIs like UAO, URO, UL etc.
Team management and coaching and mentoring of team for skill development and retention of team members and channel partners
Identify new avenues of generating gross additions and revenues through acquiring higher share, unlimited recharges and MNP in the market maintaining while maintaining quality for GAS
Adherence to HSW norms and SIP earnings of team TSM and TSE.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Distribution and Channel management skill
Negotiation skills
Team management skills
Experience in Office productivity tools
Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Preferably an MBA
Years of Experience
5-10 years of experience in distribution roles in Telecom, FMCG
Direct reports
3-8 depending on size of Team/territory assigned.
