Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English Trainer who can help students improve their English speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, communication skills, and confidence. The trainer should create an interactive and friendly learning environment for students of different age groups.

Key Responsibilities

·        Teach Spoken English to students in an easy and engaging way

·        Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

·        Conduct conversation practice, group discussions, and public speaking sessions

·        Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation

·        Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities

·        Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback regularly

·        Encourage students to communicate confidently in English

·        Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning atmosphere

·        Conduct online/offline classes as required

Required Skills

·        Excellent spoken and written English communication

·        Good pronunciation and fluency

·        Strong teaching and presentation skills

·        Ability to motivate and guide students

·        Basic computer knowledge for online classes

·        Friendly, patient, and confident personality

Educational Qualification

·        Bachelor’s degree in English or any discipline

·        Certification in Spoken English/Communication Skills preferred

·        Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Experience

·        Minimum 0–2 years of teaching/training experience preferred
