We are seeking a talented and passionate Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, primarily focusing on the Bharat Business segment. Your primary goal will be to understand the unique needs of our clients and provide them with customized loan solutions to support their business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships within the Bharat Business segment.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients, offering tailored loan products and financial solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional bank products to clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Executives, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during client interactions.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan transactions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's presence and reputation.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, especially those tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Flexibility to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
