Customer Service Executive - Car Finance - New Car - PV - Bhubaneshwar - Kesari Commercial Complex - CSE
| Company's representative - Rendering company's financial services into the market / assigned counters. |
| Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners. |
| Building new channel partners for the company. |
| Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing. |
| Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements. |
| First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms. |
| Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service. |
| Keeping a tab over pending PDD, follow up with channel / customer to ensure PDD isupdated with financier Hypo. |
| Basic understanding of KYC and other documents for used car loan processing |
