Portfolio Management | Contact delinquent customers via phone, email, or written correspondence. Focus on high-risk accounts for recovery |
Stakeholder Management | Collaborate with internal teams (legal, Business, etc.) |
Compliance Management | Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards. |
Data Management | Provide regular reports on recovery rates and performance to senior team |
