Regional Portfolio Manager

- Portfolio Oversight: Monitor the performance of assets, loans, or investments across the assigned region to maximize earnings while mitigating risks.
- Strategy Implementation: Execute company-wide financial or operational strategies (e.g., business banking growth, real estate operations) at the regional level.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze collection metrics, regional targets, and financial performance data to drive corrective actions and improvements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide branch managers, relationship officers, or field teams to ensure cross-selling, product activation, and customer engagement.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all local portfolios meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
