Sales Manager - Retail Sales - DSA Channel - Housing - DM - Home Equity - Sales - Greater Noida - Golden I - JM
- Responsible for managing retail sales through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel focusing on housing and home equity products. - Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the Greater Noida region. - Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to enhance sales performance. - Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery. - Oversee daily sales operations and reporting. - Requires strong sales acumen and leadership skills to manage retail sales channels effectively. - Role demands understanding of housing finance and home equity loan products. - Candidate should be capable of working in a dynamic sales environment with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. - Experience in retail sales and channel management is preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to meet business objectives.Job role
