Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for day-to-day accounting, customer receipts, banking, statutory compliance, and vendor payments in a project-based real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record sales, customer receipts, and maintain flat-wise ledgers

Monitor collections and follow up on pending dues

Daily bank entries and bank reconciliation

GST & TDS compliance and return filing

Vendor bill verification and payment tracking

Maintain accounting records and support audits/MIS

Requirements

B.Com (mandatory); M.Com / CA-Inter preferred

2–5 years (Executive) / 5–8 years (Senior Executive) experience

Real estate / project accounting experience preferred
