Beauty Advisor/ Expert – Retail Store Job Title: Beauty Advisor/ Expert

Job Location: Nagpur

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and confident Beauty Advisor to join our team at retail stores.

Your main job will be to talk to customers, understand their skin and beauty needs, explain our products, and help them choose the right products.

  • Key Responsibilities: Welcome and talk politely with customers.
  • Understand the customer's skin and beauty requirements.
  • Explain our skincare and beauty products in simple language.
  • Recommend suitable products to customers.
  • Demonstrate how to use the products.
  • Help increase product sales at the store.
  • Keep the product display clean and attractive.
  • Check stock and inform the team when products are running low.
  • Maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
  • Share daily sales and customer feedback with the company.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills.
  • Friendly and confident personality.
  • Interest in skincare, beauty and cosmetics.
  • Ability to speak Hindi and Marathi. Basic English is an advantage.
  • Should be comfortable talking to customers and explaining products.
  • Freshers are welcome. Experience in cosmetics, skincare, retail or sales is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Plus: Attractive sales incentives

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Working Location: The Beauty Advisor will be assigned to a beauty/cosmetic retail store decided by the company.

The assigned store may be changed based on company requirements. Store changes may take place weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
