Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)

Job OverviewWe are looking for dedicated and responsible Collection Executives to manage customer collections across Nagpur. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, customer interaction, and timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers during collection visits.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of dues.
• Update collection status and maintain daily collection reports.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding payment updates and customer records.
• Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• RequirementsExperience in collections, field sales, recovery, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Nagpur for field visits.
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
• Honest, punctual, and target-oriented.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field can also apply.
