Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Google Apps Script Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated MIS solutions using Google Workspace tools. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets automation, dashboard development, and workflow optimization. The role involves creating custom web applications, automating business processes, generating reports, and integrating various Google Workspace services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications using Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
- Design and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and data management systems.
- Create custom web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Apps Script.
- Automate business workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail, Google Drive, and other Google Workspace services.
- Develop data validation, approval workflows, and notification systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize existing scripts and automate repetitive tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script.
- Advanced Google Sheets knowledge (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Query Functions).
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of database concepts and data handling.
- Experience in developing dashboards and MIS reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Google Apps Script development.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of AppSheet, Looker Studio, or Power BI is an added advantage.
