Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity.
• Ensure quality standards and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Required Skills 3-4 years of corporate experience in Operations, Team Handling, or Administration.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 3 years of relevant corporate experience.
• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
