Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities – Computer Operator cum Office Assistant
- Perform data entry, data verification, and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
- Prepare, update, and manage reports, spreadsheets, databases, and official documents.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for routine office work.
- Handle internet research and information collection for business requirements.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to management.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by senior management.
