Job Description
Job TitleSales Engineer – Industrial Sales
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling industrial clients, promoting technical products, and achieving sales targets across manufacturing and industrial sectors. Major sales and service products in basket are - SKF Bearings, BPCL Lubricants, Renold Chains, Tools, Maintenance Products..etc.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with industrial clients and OEMs
- Promote and sell industrial products, lubricants, Bearings, belts, chain, machinery, equipment, or technical solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction
- Required SkillsStrong experience in industrial/B2B sales
- Good technical and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle industrial clients independently
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, lubricants, Electronics, Industrial, or related Engineering field
