Job Description

Job Summary:A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems at customer sites. They ensure products function efficiently and provide technical support to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:Install, test, and commission equipment or machinery at client locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide timely repairs
  • Respond to service calls and troubleshoot problems
  • Maintain service reports and documentation
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for parts and technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
