Job Description

We are looking for ITI experienced candidates (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Machinist, Technician, etc.) who have prior working experience in Solar Industries or similar manufacturing companies.


Experience Required: 3+ Years


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operating and monitoring production machines/equipment.
  • Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshooting basic electrical/mechanical issues.
  • Maintaining production targets and machine efficiency.
  • Handling assembly, fitting, welding, fabrication, or machine setup work as per trade.
  • Ensuring proper quality checks during production.
  • Following SOPs, safety guidelines, and plant discipline.
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
  • Supporting supervisors and engineers in day-to-day plant operations.
  • Preparing basic maintenance/production records if required.
