Accounts Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day billing, basic accounting, and office coordination work. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally, Marathi typing and be comfortable managing operational records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and billing entries in Tally
• Make Propoals and notesheets in Marathi/Hindi typing
• Maintain daily records of cash, online payments, and expenses
• Handle basic accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
• Track payments and follow up with customers for pending dues
• Maintain job records and service reports in Excel or register
• Assist in office administration and documentation
• Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and records
• Support in GST data preparation (basic level)
• Daily reporting of work to management

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
• Marathi/Hindi Typing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of billing and accounting
• Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred / Qualification:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Candidate should be from Nagpur, Maharashtra or ready to relocate to Nagpur.
• Basic computer knowledge is a must
• Marathi/Hindi Typing
• Prior experience in billing or office work (even internship) is an added advantage

Salary & Growth:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (for first 3 months – probation period)
• Post Probation: Salary increment based on performance
