Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to support and enhance business processes. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with query languages and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
