Summary:
As an Application Security Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly reviewing and integrating all application requirements with a focus on security aspects. This role requires careful consideration of the technical architecture related to application security and active participation in shaping the final decisions that impact the security posture of applications. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are seamlessly embedded within the application framework, fostering a secure and robust environment for application deployment and operation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align security architecture with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of security standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security architectures for enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and directory services.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues within application environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
