Job Description
*Earlier experience with architectural drawings and designs.
*Architectural design skills including designing, detailing, drafting, sketching and 3d modelling.
*Software skills including proficiency with CAD software.
*Integration skills to architecture, structural, MEP and construction elements works seamlessly.
*The ability to manage timeline.
*Strong communication and team work abilities.
*Commitment to complete the project.
*Familiarity with building byelaws and regulations in India.
*Handling BPMS drawings is a plus.
*Bachelors or masters degree in Architecture.
