Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales and business development activities in Raipur and Bhilai regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets for solar power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote Residential, Commercial, and Industrial solar solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Understand customer electricity consumption and recommend suitable solar systems.
- Prepare and explain quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with customers until order closure and payment collection.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update the CRM.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, industrial clients, channel partners, and electrical contractors.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness programs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Solar, Electrical, Industrial Products, Construction Materials, or related sectors preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Nagpur and surrounding areas.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales target achievement.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Customer meetings and site visits completed.
- Proposal-to-order conversion ratio.
- Timely follow-up and payment collection.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
