Location: The Green House, Dharampeth, Nagpur

Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Part-Time)

Days: 6 Days a Week

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and reliable Barista & Café Cook to manage evening kitchen and beverage operations. The role involves preparing coffee, beverages, snacks, and café menu items while maintaining cleanliness, food quality, and excellent customer service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage PreparationPrepare coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Food PreparationPrepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, snacks, and other café menu items.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure timely preparation and service during operating hours.
• Kitchen OperationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and beverage station.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and report stock requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
• Assist in opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Customer ServiceHandle customer orders courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to menu items.
• RequirementsPrior experience as a Barista, Café Cook, or Kitchen Assistant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hygiene-conscious.
