Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and revenue-focused Business Development Manager to drive partnerships, enterprise sales, and long-term growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building alliances, and scaling revenue channels for NRIWAY.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and service expansions

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

• Drive revenue growth through new and existing channels

 

Partnerships & Alliances

• Build and manage partnerships with relocation firms, immigration consultants, brokers, law firms, and NRI communities

• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements

• Maintain long-term relationships with key partners

 

Sales & Account Management

• Handle high-value and enterprise-level client accounts

• Support sales team in closing complex or bulk deals

• Work closely with leadership on pricing, proposals, and pitch decks

 

Market Research & Expansion

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research

• Identify trends in NRI services and compliance needs

• Explore international markets (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia)

 

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, SEO, and operations teams

• Set revenue targets and track performance metrics

• Support hiring, training, and mentoring of BD team members

 

Reporting & Forecasting

• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and pipeline reports

• Track KPIs, conversion ratios, and deal values

• Provide insights to management for strategic decisions

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 4–8 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

• Experience in service-based, B2B, or NRI-focused businesses preferred

• Ability to build partnerships and close high-value deals

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and presentation software
