Job Description

HousingBag Realty is a trusted channel partner associated with leading A+ real estate developers in Nagpur. We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain project details, schedule site visits, and maintain strong customer relationships from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
  • Update CRM with daily call status and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and developers.
  • Maintain excellent customer service before and after site visits.
