Job Description
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operations of the clinic and ensuring smooth patient service. Key responsibilities include:Assisting doctors and staff in day-to-day clinic activitiesManaging patient appointments and maintaining recordsHandling patient inquiries and guiding them during visitsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene of clinic premisesSupporting medicine/stock management and clinic suppliesCoordinating with patients for follow-up visits and treatment schedulesAssisting in basic administrative work and documentationEnsuring proper patient care and smooth clinic workflowSupporting billing, reports, and front desk operations as requiredMaintaining confidentiality of patient informationSkills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer knowledgeOrganized and responsible approachAbility to handle patients politelyTeam coordination and multitasking ability
