·        Conduct in-depth counselling and address all concerns raised by parents.

·        Explain financial aspects, eligibility, and university selection.

·        Provide clarity on the visa process, accommodations, and travel arrangements.

·        Close the admission by guiding parents through the payment and documentation process.

·        Update CRM and inform the follow-up team about pending cases.

·        Take follow-ups after counselling sessions

·        Resolve doubts of students/parents effectively

·        Explain admission process clearly

·        Motivate and guide leads towards final admission

·        Maintain follow-up records in CRM

·        Build strong relationships with clients

·        Calling within 24 hours.

·        Provide basic details about the admission process.

·        Schedule appointments for the first counselling session.

·        Share the complete branch address and counsellor details with parents.

·        Update appointment details in CRM and inform the respective branch team.

·        Verify admission payments and document submissions.

·        Guide students and parents through the documentation process.

·        Ensure proper submission of all required documents to the university.
