This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring that software solutions align with project goals and client requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the development cycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using the Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Pega environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Pega applications with external systems.
- Competence in customizing user interfaces and workflows to meet specific business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
