- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for software customization.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Core HCM applications.
- Familiarity with business process configuration and optimization in Workday.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
