📌 Required Skills & Qualifications✅ Proficiency with Marg ERP software (billing, inventory, accounting)

✅ Understanding of GST rules and compliance

✅ Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

✅ Good communication and client-handling skills

✅ Basic accounting knowledge (B.Com Preferred)

✅ Minimum (1 Year+) of relevant experience

✅ Best Computer / Window Knowledge

🛠 Job Responsibilities (Training Required):

• Handle Customer Query
• Manage Customer Ticket
• Renewal Collection of existing customer
• Generate Lead from existing Customer
• Train users and support internal teams on Marg functionalities
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with support when needed
• Ensure accurate GST compliance and returns
• Make Invoice Format and configuration of Marg Software

✅ Requirements:

• Must be trained/experienced in Marg ERP Software
• Basic knowledge of GST & accounting
• Computer & MS Office knowledge
• Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Trading preferred
