Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, whatsapp, or social media
  2. Take product bookings over call , whatsapp or Social media
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  4. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  6. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  8. Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
  9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships


Required Skills

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Should have knowledge of handling Social media
  3. Strong problem-solving ability
  4. Patience and active listening skills
  5. Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, email, chat tools)
  6. Ability to handle difficult or irate customers
