Job Description – PF & ESIC ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented PF & ESIC Executive to handle statutory documentation and Excel-based records. The candidate should have experience in preparing PF & ESIC challans, filing returns, and maintaining salary sheets in Microsoft Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process monthly PF Challans and PF Returns.
  • Prepare and process monthly ESIC Challans and ESIC Returns.
  • Maintain and update employee salary sheets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure all statutory records are maintained accurately and submitted on time.
  • Required Skills:Knowledge of PF & ESIC Challans and Returns.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of statutory compliance documentation.
